Joseph has 14 years of experience with RBC. He is a member of RBC Wealth Management’s Global Portfolio Advisory Committee, which provides investment strategy for the firm. Serving as chair of the Asset Allocation Committee, he oversees the management and construction of the firm’s multi-asset class portfolios. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto in the finance specialist program and is a CFA charterholder.

Tanya Kuzman – Business & Not-For-Profit Associate, Mills & Mills LLP

“Minimizing Legal Risk”

Tanya is a corporate law associate at Mills & Mills LLP. Tanya regularly advises private companies, as well as charities and not-for-profits, on corporate and commercial matters with a strong focus on merger and acquisition transactions, corporate governance, commercial agreements and regulatory compliance. Tanya has held advisory positions at all three levels of government including Toronto City Hall, the Ontario Legislature and the House of Commons, and brings her knowledge of the public sector in assisting her private sector clients. She holds an M.A. from the University of Toronto and a J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School.
